This high school was meant to be somewhere I would be safer in that Mt. Zion. Its genuinely the WORST high school I went to. I went to Mundy, Mt. Zion, and Morrow. I've done everything I can to keep my negativity away from any platforms but I've had enough of seeing this school in the news. There is a severe lack of security in that building, the magnet kids I was with at the time weren't any safer than the public school kids. I saw weapons and chemicals brought into that school more than any other, and yes, when it was found out about, proper authoritys were notified, yet no changes. It's only getting worse (with knowledge from friends with evidence and news articles and programs). Not to mention, the *teachers* fight students. Don't get me wrong, there were some really great teachers there, but they get hired and leave. For good reason as well.Me personally, I was bullied. Not mainly by students, by teachers. I was never given proper instruction in many of my classes, and was failed for simply saying I couldn't do the work because of a home emergency (with proof). When I had brought up any trauma I faced, I was laughed at or brushed off. They promote what the county wants, but they don't actually take it seriously. I genuinely hope the good teachers there find a place where their careers aren't shadowed by this place. They deserve better and I wish the school would do more to better themselves. The only thing I can say, Mundy is an amazing school, but even Mt. Zion felt like a higher educational place regardless of the community and students who bash on it.

High ratings as both my students are in the magnet program and I have seen a lot of changes with leadership putting a big emphasis on learning and creating a safe environment for the students to excel. The administration ensures that the students are well equipped for the next level in life. In 3 years the growth has been excellent as the leadership engages parents to have a vested interest in their students academics.

Morrow High School is NOT a good school. It is not an okay school. Clayton County needs to stop pretending like it is and make actually improvements. While the superintendent continues to take raises, students are losing fee waivers, clubs, and other necessities. Morrow High in particular is suffering because of the the unduly administration constantly ignoring and laughing off real issues. I have two pieces of advice for current students:1. Get out and do dual enrollment2. Do not take the constant no's to explore your education as an answer.

Regret moving to Clayton County. My son attends Morrow High as of last year coming from Fulton County. Staff is not helpful nor do they care. My son hasn't learned anything nor are the teachers concerned about him learning. The officers they have on duty are deceitful and don't care. My son belongings got stolen out his backpack and it was all on camera. I've spoken to the officer to give information on cost of everything and I was told the matter would get handled with a meeting between myself and the other child's mother to discuss repayment is what I was told by the officer. Months and months went by and I tried contacting this officer throughout this time and left voicemails with no reply. I had to eventually do a pop up visit and waited over a hour only to get told he doesn't remember the incident and going by the student handbook the items shouldn't have been at school and nothing could be done. My mothers money was stolen for a tee shirt she purchased to support my son in band for homecoming she never received. I spoke with the lady in charge of that numerous of times and was always told they haven't come in even after homecoming. Not to mention the hundreds of dollars for band dues for things never used. It's all about the money and not the education.

My school may not be the perfect school out of Clayton county, but indeed it does have some of the best teachers. I actually feel comfortable in this school because there's a diverse of cultures. & every one is treated equally.

Not a great school. Very much regret putting my kids in this school. I wish I would have known how bad it was before we moved. I am grateful we transferred them.
