There is constant bullying and physical fighting. The teachers are great and their lesson plans are mostly organized, I can’t say the same about the yard duty’s. They say things like spreading kindness is good even when they don’t spread kindness at all. When things like bullying happen they do nothing and always get you somehow in trouble. All the girls get daily dress coded and they always say that they do it in private but they truly don’t. When girls get dress coded the yard duty’s literally say quote on quote “ the boys are looking at you”. Also when you get hurt know one care like I broke my foot because the PE teacher didn’t see my note saying I couldn’t do PE, also girls came up to me and hit my arm which caused my to sprain it, then some guy also broke 4 of my fingers. All in all I would not recommend Peach Hill Academy because of the harsh environment and treatment by others.

Many of the teachers are wonderful and academically they’re good. Unfortunately, the yard duties are really horrible to the kids. The school talks about kindness with the kids but they forget that kindness is modeled. The yard duties and even counselor say the meanest things to this kids. It’s really shocking hearing what kids say they tell them. It’s not just my own kids who say this but friends we know as well. They also make up the most random rules on the playground and then yell at kids when they don’t follow them. But the rules change day to day. So how are the kids to keep track of them. There are also very few fun activities. So it’s turned into a joyless school. I definitely feel that things are getting worse. I really liked this school before but now I’m very disappointed.

I am writing this review to warn other parents that the school does not actually adhere to any of the concepts they state on their website. The school is rife with bullying and harassment of students by teachers. Also, if you don't want your child attending a "virtue assembly" where they reward the kids with the greatest virtue then steer clear.

Specifically during the pandemic we have not been pleased with Peach Hi. The principal has not tried to engage with the school body and some teachers are instilling fear in the children. At home work is Moby Max and typing agent and contains little academic value. The teacher takes away break time due to talking in class and this is theirs only social interaction! It is a sad place to be.

Peach Hill is an excellent school. I have two children that attend there and they both are given tremendous support wether they are doing great or are struggling with a subject. They teachers are very supportive and really want to see your child at his/hers best. They truly want your child to become well rounded individuals.
