This school has suffered greatly during the pandemic due to minimum efforts to reach out to remote students. From start to finish there has been only sporadic email reminders to finish projects, no engagement or support for learning, and contact with staff only gets passionate about “student learning” if they require you to take your child in for in-school testing. The 10 rating downgrade to a 7 speaks volumes.

I have 2 children attending this school. One is not being challenged and the other's needs are not being addressed. I feel like the teachers don't really care about the children, that it's just a job. Dress attire is sloppy and I feel that it shows in their teaching. Very unfriendly staff. I don't feel welcome in the school.

So many great things to say about Heritage Trails. We love Dr. Perez, the teachers and the staff. Both of my children have excelled in this school. My son, who has special needs has been treated as an equal. He is supported, loved and lifted up every day in his efforts to succeed. We are extremely blessed to call HTES our school.

WOW! So extremely impressed by Heritage Trails. The staff is amazing and very friendly. I have never felt uncomfortable because everyone is so down to earth. I have no complaints. The teachers, office staff, cleanliness, discipline, PTA, emergency procedures/precautions, HOMEROOM MOMS...All are all awesome!

I believe that this school has great programs for all levels of learning levels. This school has children with the abilities to learn at above average levels and need more computers in their school as well as other technological tools. It would be very beneficial to see some much needed projects completed if our school won this award.

It is so great to be able to send my child to an amazing school with fantastic teachers and staff. I can't think of a single thing I would change or try to improve about this school. Heritage trails is awesome and my son loves his school and gets an excellent education there!

Our 3 children love Heritage Trails! Our family feels blessed with the opportunity to send them there. We love that they are held to high expectations and are given the tools to reach them! The positive environment is first set by the amazing principals who in turn have amazing happy teachers. These happy teachers make it easy for my kids to learn and come home happy themselves! The school is always kept very clean and the lunch staff really care about each of our kids, knowing them by name and even their special diet! I can't say enough positives about Heritage Trails!

My school is staffed by the most amazing staff and administrators. They really do their their motto, "Every Child, Every Day, Whatever It Takes" very seriously. Our librarian is one of the best I have ever seen. She just seems to know where the books are that would be just the right one for the student in front of her. I had lunch with my child one day and the Principal had lunch duty. He was able to call each student by their name...we're currently at 800 students! The parents also work exceptionally hard to make sure the school and the staff have everything they need. I feel blessed that my son has had the opportunity to attend this school, and I will be sad when my son promotes to Junior High next year!

The staff is amazing. From the volunteers to the principle, everyone is very helpful.the school is clean and kept up. The library has a great selection for all ages. I am proud that my son goes to school there.

Love this school. Would never send my kid to a private school when the public school is better.
