My two boys had a wonderful experience. I felt most of the teachers were highly dedicated and genuinely wanted to inspire a love of learning. Great sense of community and school spirit, driven by the teachers! The principal is not particularly inspiring, the guidance counselor creates drama and blows issues between kids way out of proportion. despite that, we loved the school.

It's a wonderful, close-knit school with dedicated teachers. My children excelled here. We move frequently due to my husband's job, and we're sad to leave. The amount of time and concern that goes into each child is unbelievable! Unfortunately, the principal and office manager aren't very nice. I've seen the Pricipal snap at children and adults. He has a terrible attitude and temper. I'd give it 5 stars if it weren't for him and his power trip.

As the oldest of 6 children who have all gone through Cedar Hill, I can say only positive things about it. They are very focused on the students and the staff is outstanding. When I say the staff, I don't just mean the teachers, I mean the office staff, nurse, and others who support the day to day of the school. Although not a parent yet, I think the that a child's interaction even with others outside of the classroom should be positve giving them a holistically postive experience. I can also say that Cedar Hill school has grown with the needs of their students. There are 13 years betweeen my youngest brother and I which has given me unique perspective in this aspect. Since I have gone to school there, they expanded adding more classrooms, upgraded both of their playgrounds, and added nature walk trails as well as gardens to increase their ability to do outdoor activities with the kids.
