    Monroe Grade School used to be a warm and friendly atmosphere. Over the last five years there has been a rapid decline in moral, and a thriving learning environment. In my opinion it is due to the unprofessional leadership by the gradeschool principal. For most of our staff it has become a hostile working environment.
