I have both my children in Claude Pepper. My son started in Kindergarten in 2017 and will be finishing 5th grade this year, and my daughter has been in Claude Pepper since PRE-K and will be going to 4th grade next year. I have nothing but love for this school. From their amazing teachers year after year and the wonderful administration, I have NO complaints. The communication with parents is excellent and you will always be well informed with events for the students and parent involvement. I'm so happy that my children are enrolled here, truly feels like a second home.

My son is finishing the 2015-2016 school year here at Claude Pepper. He's attended since second grade, and we've loved the school. Staff is highly approachable, and friendly. My son has grown and changed, and had a fantastic learning program here. There is a wonderful P.E. teacher who engages the kids in lots of fun activity, and the music program is one of the best I've seen for elementary. I highly recommend this school.

This school is outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed by the office staff and principal. The teachers are also loving and work hard for my child. I saw how Dr. Diaz went out of her way to make my child feel good. Some people don't like rules and regulations and want to do whatever they want. The principal does not allow that, which is fair. I love the structure and wish it would be a K-8!!!!

It used to be a great school, but not anymore. The school went from almost 900 kids to a little over 500. Good teachers have transferred out, children have also been transferred out because of the principal, Dr. Diaz., but school board doesn't want to hear complaints or do anything to remove principal & her assistant. They're intimidating and mean to parents, teachers & staff...but most of them are afraid to speak up. The office staff are always rude to the parents, except for a young lady Ms. West she's always nice. It is sad to see how moral of this school has deteriorated in the past years. There won't be any improvement until administration is changed I'm afraid.

My daughter has an IEP and took the FCATs in 2014 at Claude Pepper Elementary and they did not follow the requirements on the IEP. They gave her no assistance and she wasn't allowed to use a ruler to read the text in language arts. They had her IEP document.

I have a son with special needs. He has been in this school for only one month but I have to say that they helped him making him to feel comfortable and making his transition to this new school a very smooth one. They make him feel just like any other kid from the school. He doesn't feel different because he is not being treated in a different way. Love the teachers and the after school care program is a great! Love this people from the After school Care program.

The principal is super. But until they change the office staff this school can not improve because as parent, needs to guide or assistance. The staff office are arrogant and anti- professionals in their treatment. It's a shame that this situation happens. Should you take a training on how to handle situations and help parents.

Very structured school and there are excellent academic options for the grade levels. The students are challenged and encouraged to put forth maximum effort. The Principal and Assistant Principal are very approachable and involved. I had concerns when the administration changed for the last school year but Dr. Diaz and Mr. Percy are spectacular. This is a great school! Highly recommeneded, my child has been a student here for 4 years. The only thing I wish they would consider- although I love the uniform concept- I wish the students could wear jeans with the school shirt.. very smalll concern. :) Excellent teachers work here as well, I am impressed by every teacher my daughter had and I am no easy sell. Very good place to educate your children!

this school has terrible front desk staff and a non friendly environment. The principal is not personal and does not show any leadership capacity. However, the PreK program for special needs children is excellent. The teachers are totally committed to their job and love what they do. The school needs a more friendly parent involvement to make this school excellent. I will not recommend this school to anyone.
