As a parent and a writer my child as well as over 12 others now interviewed have stated when asked about homework errors (Sent home 3 - 4 months after with NO corrections made by teachers) , " No one told me OR taught me what was wrong. Secondly after noticing this and interviewing children and families I have found the average school day consists of the following: Little to no activity or interaction with teachers with most younger children being taught playing skills, bathroom breaks, and what lazy teachers are. Only 2 or 3 actual classes that last no more than 15-20 minutes in educational skills such as math or reading and writing.Strict reliability on computers to do almost all real teaching never discussing anything After speaking to all parents and children for my review I have found 5-6 children from the ages of 5 years old to 8 years old after 1-2 years of going to this school can STILL not read, write, spell, add OR subtract properly. However they are passing under the mask of "State minimum requirements" such as social skills and self control. I ask you how can any child pass spelling and not spell? Answer :teachers and staff that don't need to be working.

This school is just like the thousands of other public school; behind the times and dominated by bureaucratic, top heavy, out of touch principals, superintendents and others who don't put the FAMILY FIRST! The children matter! Recess is important! for those of you who think that public schools that look like prisons are the only option, check out Wisconsin Connections Academy. It's public school without the need to sit at the desk all day and listen to the teacher tell the children what to do. The children still get the work done but not in the overcrowded, bully-infested, teacher dominated classrooms! I say get out as fast as you can.

Terrible, I've never had a worse experience! I truely feel bad leaving her there every morning. The teacher had the nerve to tell me 'well I GUESS I'll follow your wishes." After we had made them clear to her. I was five min late to pick her up one day, because I have an illness, and she lectures me about after school clubs. And we won't even go into how much my daughter has regressed to be the equivalent of her classmates. I'm starting to think I should have continued homeschooling. As for this perfect school you all talk about, open your eeyes and step out of the delusionial bubble!
