We have not had the best experience with this Bethany Christian Academy. In fact our experiencr with the staff has been extremely poor.We cannot recommend BCA to friends or family and would urge those looking at Bethany to look at other options in the area. There are much better schools in the area.

Great school. Had my daughter got for about 5 years there and it was great. Teachers were very hand laid on with the kids. The class rooms are small so my daughter got a lot of attention from teachers. Definitely was worth the investment. The staff including the principal were great to deal with.

I can't say enough about Bethany Christian Academy! I have two boys that attend one had behavior issues prior to attending and he has done amazing! The staff work so well with him, his personality has change tremendously since attending! I can't think of having them any other place!

Bethany Christian Academy is an absolutely wonderful place to send your children. My children have been attending BCA for 3 years and I couldn t be more pleased with the lessons they learn, not only on an academic level, but within their moral and value foundation. The teachers, who are outstanding, work with parents in tandem to ensure each child is receiving individual attention and learning at a pace that works for them. My son had difficulty picking up reading and the school offered additional tutoring after school to get him on the right path. Looking at his state test scoring really blew me away, though. He scored over the 90 percentile in most subjects when comparing against other students in the state. That was really telling. The best part is the communication they keep with parents. I also love the fact that the school goes from Pre-school to 12th grade and they offer after before and after school care that is exactly in line with what working parents need at a very affordable price. BCA has been a Godsend to my family and I would recommend this school to any parent who is looking for the best education possible for their children.

I would warn anyone from going to this school. There is an atmosphere of arrogance. The kids there are rude, exclusive, and cliquey. If you don't go to that church you're excluded. There is no emphasis on music or drama either. In music class, the students were rude to the teacher. Half of them didn't show up on the day of our performance and it was cancelled. They brag about not giving homework. Students were also allowed to retake their midterms and final exams. In science class we just watched movies. students never did their homework, and when they did, they had difficuly grasping what an adverb was (in middle school). Half of my friend's class failed their midterm. There is not a high standard set on the kids, and I don't know if they're truly following God. The things important there are sports and good looks. And if you don't play sports you're rejected. The emphasis on sports is so much that sometimes in gym class students would scream at each other and get into constant fights. The one good thing about this school was the chapels. The teachers are wonderful, but the students' lack of respect and lack of control made this a very bad experience for me.

Do not go to this school! The academics are horrible ad the kids are very mean there. I went there to this school one year (2008). I was in 8th grade. I'm a senior now but i was very unsatisfied at bethany. The kids were snobby and paid no attention to me at all. They always yelled and sweared. They were too competitive. And the 4th grader wore make up!!! Most of The students were very inappropriate. And if you didn't play sports there, the kids didn't like you. you had to play sports to be liked at this school .there are other private schools that have a better education than Bethany. DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL!!!

The principal does not fulfill promises of helping the student. Kids are either in the school or coming out of the school, either with psychological disorders(Bulimia/Anorexia), severely low self-esteem, indoctrinated, drug users, or the occasional fine students. AVOID THIS SCHOOL AT ALL COSTS!
