    Horrible administration! The students were treated unfairly. There are no consistent staff members. Each year there are new teachers.

    Lowrance Elementary is a school in transition. It existed for years as Southwind Middle. Today, everything has changed. We have new qualified teachers, new improved leadership and we are a TITLE I school which means more focus on parent involvement in the education of our children. Some parent don't like this but ultimately, education is the teacher's JOB but it is the parent's RESPONSIBILITY. We have been with this school 2 years and have seen vast improvement over that time. This year ,we will be receiving learning devices for each student in order to incorporate Blended Learning. That way students can learn at their own pace and teachers will be better able to educate students at a rate more conducive to learning.
