Edgewater Elementary has outstanding teachers and an awesome neighborhood.

There's only 2 reviews as of the time that I'm placing mine and one of them appears to be completely biased. Our third child is now going through this particular school and we were thrilled to have her go there! Her kindergarten experience thus far has been outstanding the safety, what they've set up for dropping and picking the kids up (Pikmykid app) how they're conducting themselves and their classes; the teachers, it has been outstanding. We are thrilled that she will be there for the next 6 years. Two sons have gleaned solid formative educations. The community is also involved, PTA, etc. big time.

School teachers are rude with kids, my child ask a teacher for the time, teacher answer was bought yourself a watch. I am assuming this school do not hire educated teachers. I'm pretty sure this is not the only situation that has happened. Unless the teacher has something personal against my child.

Both of my kids go to edgewater, and have since they opened. It has been a little rough to develop a routine as a brand new school (my kids have been enrolled since opening day) but each year they are developing programs and policies, the fall festival this year was fantastic! overall the staff and teachers are EXCELLENT! I am so thankful we have a brand new school in the community with great teachers, and I sincerely hope we don't have to lose any to budget cuts.
