My child was bullied for two years at Marshall Middle School. I was repeatedly told there was nothing the school could do about it and "everyone gets bullied in middle school" was the response from staff. Very unsafe environment for LGBTQ students. If you have a child who is part of that community DO NOT send them to this school.

Marshall Middle Schools are the worst for special needs. They chose to put our child into a hostile environment for discipline without the advice of a pro-per or notifying a legal guardian. The administration failed to follow his IEP when administering a in-house suspension for an incident of wrestling. Furthermore, this incident happened over a week ago and the in-house suspension wasn't enforced until yesterday. I do not believe the administration and a large number of its faculty are mentally capable of properly assisting or recognizing a special needs child. And for the principle to suggested medications "OFF the Record" crosses a professional line.

Marshall Public Schools are the worst schools for bulling. My daughter was bullied there for 3yrs constantly till we put her in the academy. They refuse to correct this problem

Personally as a seventh grader I love this school. We have some of the the most nicest teachers you'll meet. My two favorites are Mr.Peters a sixth grade teacher and Mr.Dryer a seventh grade teacher. Also the students that go to school there are nice and the new students find new friends quickly, the students Are accepting and kind. The last thing is over this summer marshall is getting new school lockers and lockers for every grade then we are getting our auditorium updated. This is why I believe Marshall is an amazing choice for your student. Also I put myself down as a teacher so it would let me comment about MMS. ~Lozo
