Words cannot express how grateful we are to be a part of the Tower School community. There is no greater joy than watching our son run into school every day, eager to learn and engage with his teachers and friends. The dedication and commitment of teachers, administration and staff to ensure an enriching and supportive environment every day is inspiring.

"My daughter chose Tower for middle school starting in 6th grade. Everyone at Tower was warm and welcoming. Our family immediately felt included and part of a great community of students, faculty, and families. Anna received a great education, developed great friendships, and has become a self-motivated learner who is well prepared for secondary school. I would highly recommend Tower School"!

My son started Tower School when he was in third grade. We wish he started sooner after experiencing all the amazing things Tower has to offer us all as a family. Tower welcomend my son with open arms and it's been that way since the first day. He is encouraged to try new things and different ways to do things. Tower's faculty is absolutely amazing and always goes the extra mile for the students and families there. My son has grown so much as a person these last few years and we are incredibly thankful. Tower is like a second home to us, and my son always wants to go back to school!

Tower School offers a warm and welcoming environment. We knew from our first visit that there was no comparison to Tower. Over the past year, we have seen our daughter exposed to art and music, have access to nature outdoor classrooms, and is able to problem-solve and create friendships beyond her age group. We have seen our daughter learn and lead all thanks to Tower.

Tower School is like part of our extended family. Our daughter, who is in 2nd grade, loves going to school and expressed the other day, she wishes there was a Tower high school and college, so she never has to leave. It warms our hearts how much she values learning and at such a young age.

We couldn’t be more pleased with our Tower experience. Above all, our kids are truly known and valued as individuals, and we are really listened to as parents. The teachers and administrators are top notch, and manage to expertly balance providing challenge and support all at the same time. We feel so lucky that our kids get to learn and grow in this amazing community.

Average - the school itself is lovely but the student body and especially the parents are a real chore. Hopefully with new leadership and possibly a long hard look at who they let in to the school it will fulfill its mission.

I have 3 kids at Tower and the school is amazing. I couldn't ask for better teachers. The curriculum is challenging an the study skills they teach my kids will help them so much in high school. I am a strong believer in investing in early education. There is no better way to prepare our children for high school and college.

1 review5.0 star rating 5/17/2017We have had our children at Tower for the last eight years, and I cannot tell you how wonderful an experience they have had there. Not only are the teachers amazing, but the academic program is challenging and yet at the same time creative and flexible. Our girls have thrived at this school and have made great friends in the process. I can't say enough good things about this school.

My daughter loves school more than anything else. She is challenged and encouraged constantly. She adores her teachers and all the different methods they use to teach their subjects. Art is taught especially well at this school and is made a priority--which was important for us.

We have an exceptionally gifted child who is in the first grade and has been asked to leave the school because they said they could not serve his needs. He is a bright, happy, talented, creative child who is kind, thoughtful and passionate about learning. He loves his school and his teachers but the school does not want him to stay. They say he has a learning disability, despite the fact that he is functioning way beyond grade level in every area of assessment. His doctor says that he is exceptionally gifted and that he has no disability. These children are different in the way they learn. Tower does not value differences and are very quick to suggest your child has adhd and should be put on drugs. We are all very sad this school did not work out for our very bright, talented, happy little boy!

Tower is one of my favorite places on earth. Teachers at Tower make it their job to know each student. Their likes and dislikes, their strengths and weaknesses and what makes them unique and special. It is important to deeply know our students so that every moment of instruction, encouragement or redirection can be effective and purposeful in their growth. Tower is a place where laughter and challenges go hand in hand. Learning requires perseverance, grit and self awareness but also a sense of humor and adventure. At Tower, everyone wants to be here. Students and faculty alike work above and beyond their duties. It is a place to engage, to invest, to conquer fears, to surpass expectations, and to foster life long friendships. Tower is a place to live full, to fall in love with learning and master excellence. I love teaching my Tower students and look forward to each new day with each of them!

My children graduated from Tower and thrived in high school. They had the discipline to work hard, the confidence to advocate for themselves, and truly liked going to school. Tower's program is challenging, but it is warm and nurturing, unlike some of the other schools in the area. Kids put enough stress on themselves, why add to it by picking a school that is too rigid. Tower teachers are fantastic, and it is small enough that every child is known.

I have two children at Tower and so far their experiences have exceeded our expectations. My kids are eager to go to school each day, love their teachers, and report back with excitement about the work they're doing in class. I've found the communication between the school and families to be excellent -- they value what parents have to say, and how we can contribute to the life of the school. So far, so very happy!

THIS IS A CLOSED DOOR POLICY SCHOOL-any school that has a closed door policy I would be afraid to send my daugther and son to. We sent our kids there for three years and took them all out when we were told there was lots of problems with our son in K program...imagine problems in Kindergarden? When we asked if we could go in to the class and see what the problem could be the teacher told us that is not possible .We dont allow that. We found out that the teacher was bullying my son so we deceided to remove all of kids. We are very happy now in our new school.

We love Tower School! My daughter was shy when she started she didn't speak for a month, the school was patient and caring and worked to build her confidence and give her the support she needed. They have a wonderful program where older kids become buddies for the younger kids, help them with their work and forge long lasting relationships. My daughter is now thriving, speaking in assembly, doing plays, and excelling in her academics. She cant wait to go to school in the morning. The curriculum is excellent. The investment in small classes and great teachers for us insures that she is building a strong foundation and great learning habits. As a private school they do not have to tolerate terribly disruptive kids, which means the teachers can teach and not take the majority of their time trying to maintain control, this means my child gets a great education. I suspect that the person who says Tower doesn't tolerate boys had one of those disruptive kids. My daughters grade has as many boys as girls and they are all great kids, and they all love Tower.
