    The school from Pre-K through 2nd grade was excellent! The bullying started in 3rd grade & the young teacher that year tried to "fix it" herself without involving the parents or the principal & that wasn't the way to go. She meant well though. She was well liked by my daughter. The situation just got handled incorrectly. It should have gone through the principal back then & maybe it would have stopped at that point since it was the same child doing the bullying. Do better Amelon. And overall I've never felt like they really put a huge effort into teaching the kids they didn't "like". That's why they have such a low score of 5/10.

    Amelon School has served my children well. Just do not eat school lunch!! If Amelon Cafeteria was a restaurant, chances are you would never go back. Most of the cafeteria staff are mean! They have no problem yelling at the children for the few minutes they are in line trying to get a breakfast or lunch. The food they serve is NOT the good! They are not sure what fresh fruit is, if it's not pre-packaged, it is not available. What can be done to help the children?
