As close to a 5 as possible. The school could improve slightly on dealing with bullying in that my child had an issue with another student and when the teacher saw the situation both kids got in trouble. I strongly believe that a child should be able to defend him or herself without fear of reprisals from both the bully and the teacher.

This school is aweful and I advise all parents to stay away and get your kids outta here as fast as you can , this school is very well known for bullying and the teachers/principal are useless . Not the school to educate your kids at .

This school is infamous for bullying. The school doesn't hold any of the students accountable. They rather sweep it under the rug, and continue to carry an act like the school is amazing! The kids get away with a lot! When a child brings a knife on a bus because he is getting bullied what does this tell you. And this is an elementary school! Some of the teachers are awesome! But as a parent I would stay away from this school, my review isn't biased! Ask parents, real parents that their child has been in incident see what they say! The assistant principal is great at making you feel like you're crazy, truly a car salesman will tell whatever you want to hear! My child has learned about ten swear words in one day just in the playground in the morning while waiting for the bell to ring.

My son goes in pre-K here.He is in a full day program.Ms.Ana is his teacher for full day program.She does a great job and takes good care.I love sending him to school everyday and he loves it equally.

the principle at the McAvinnue school is very unprofessional and let kids in that school get away with almost everything.
