School is horrible. I’d give 0 if I could. Guidance, Special Ed never call you back and act like you’re bothering them if you have a question about your child. Bullying is a big problem at this school and they do nothing!! Old principal didn’t do much (can’t speak for new principal) and the teachers don’t either they seem to be afraid of the kids. It’s ridiculous. Lowell public schools needs a big overhaul, its a mess. I will say Mr Gaffney who was a Special Ed teacher last yr was Great, but he left. Receptionist is Friendly and Very Helpful!
