    We've really loved it here. They have an incredibly robust calendar and tons of fun events for the kids. The Firefly teachers are great, and you can really see how much they love the kids. We're looking forward to another year there!

    I will be reporting them to the licensing board for physically harming my child. After being gaslighted by the Directory, I sent a very serious email requesting that she escalate the issue to higher management. The VP of Operations stepped in and requested a meeting. In the meeting, she seemingly agreed to everything I said and shook her head saying things were not acceptable. Then I receive a letter saying that the teachers actions were "normal" in which I replied that if a child tells a teacher they are hurting her and the teacher continues with the action, it is not "normal" and if so, it's a big issue. She has not replied for one month.
