Discovery is Lithonia's best kept secret. The school environment has successfully balanced nurturing and academic characteristics that have helped to shape the character of its students. Discovery has a heavy amount of parental involvement and the enrichment programs are awesome. My 7 year old started when she was 3 and continues to excel in the advanced curiculum.

My child has been going to discovery academy for three years now. I am very pleased with everything about it: excellent teachers, administration, challenging curriculum, fun field trips, and exciting classroom visitors. I highly recommend Discovery Academy.

I'm a parent of 2 students at Discovery. I can say that I am getting my money's worth with the education that my children are receiving. I am very happy that a parent told me about this gem that we have in our community. I have been impressed since I've walked through the door. I love the atmosphere, the challenging academics, the sincere attitude of the teachers and staff, and the way the students respond to education in such a positive way. The school has a very high parental involvement that gives me the opportunity to be involved in my child s classroom, field trips, and the school as a whole. I plan to keep my children here as long as I can for this has been the best head start that a child can ask for. Thanks Discovery!

I am a parent of two children at Discovery Academy and this is by far the best school we have seen thus far. The teachers and staff always go above and beyond to ensure the students are challenged in a loving and sincere way that the students are very receptive to. I would highly recommend this academy to anyone.
