My son hated it, and finally we had to take him out because he was being bulled by another student, and the teacher was encouraging the bullying. He got punched many times, and never learned anything. The lack of diversity is sad, and all the school is doing is bussing in kids from boston, so the school looks a little diverse. If you look at the number of African american kids (6%) and the number of low income family’s (6%). The schools would be all white and all high income if they were not forced by the town to bring in less fortunate students.

Horrible, they are mean and only care about test scores, not the kids actually learning. I did not know division until I went to another school.

Bowman is a diverse, well-run school. The teachers are great, and I've noticed my child has gained confidence and progressed very well. I left the city because of work, but I'm heading back to Lexington so my daughter can continue progressing.

Bowman is an excellent elementary school. We've had nothing but positive experience with the teachers and the principal especially does an excellent job of placing students with the right teacher. The curriculum is grade appropriate and the teachers are very creative in many ways to motivate kids. I think Dr. Anton( principal) is doing an excellent job of support her staff and I can see that the teachers are happy to be at Bowman.

I have 2 children at this school. The teachers and principal are excellent. There is a strong parent/teacher community.

I have two children in Bowman. The teachers and staff have been outstanding. Very multicultural.
