West Lenoir's faculty and staff are the best around. Their dedication to the students is ever present. They work endlessly to put the students needs above their own. They have smiles on their faces even when the odds seem to be against them. They are the heart and soul of West Lenoir and deserve to be held in high regards. Thanks to each and every one of them that work there.

Our entire family loves this school. We have three attending currently with one more child to be attending in the future. The principal, teachers, and staff are respectful, kind, and loving. The teachers work hard to make sure every child is learning and growing. They encourage independent thinkers and self reliance with a "you can do it" atmosphere. The teachers and principle give positive reinforcement for any child that may have a bit of Curious George in them....as we do in our family. Homework assignments are time appropriate for grade level and age. If your child goes to school here, they will feel that they can be successful in anything they do in life. That ~ as parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents ~ is all we could hope for in a school environment.
