Second year for my daughter at BCMS. Impressed so far. In particular, the Orchestra program is superb. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Mandarin Chinese is a foreign language option for students.

I moved to Missouri in 2013 from a different state, and went to this school for the 2013-2014 school year. Honestly, this was the best school year ever for me. I move a lot, so I have to make new friends each year. The students were always willing to help, and I made tons of new friends:) The teachers were super nice, and really funny. My counselors were amazing, and were always willing to help. The cafeteria food was pretty good. I participated in the awards assembly movie, and it was so much fun with music from bands, and the MC's. I even won two awards; a plaque and a metal! I wish the school offered 7th graders to do more sports like the 8th graders do, and add more sports in general like soccer & lacrosse etc. One thing I didn't like about this school, were that the 8th graders were very stuck up. They always thought they were better than the 7th graders, because they were in a higher grade, especially in sports. Also, the school is very small compared to where I came from. I think they should remodel the school. Other than that, I love the school, staff, and everything about it. I won't be there next year, but hopefully you can use this review for your help!(:
