If I was able to give them NO STARTS at all would be so good!!!!!The staff are very rude and wont help at all. Not found them problem solvers. It’s been very rough for us to connect with them since they’re not that open at all to have relationships with parents. They are have selective relationships with parents. Called to tell them about my problem. They rudely answer and ignored me never try to help me. Meanwhile it was their problem, they should be more specific and informative about all aspects that happens in campus.It’s been 2 rough years for me and my daughter with all of them. Most of the teachers are acting like they’re care but not… swear to God try many time to have close relationships with them but every time I tried they pushed and ignored me. Hope it not because of where I’m from or what color of hair we have.

Our son's 3rd grade teacher is a joke. Her classroom is total chaos, she allows bullies to take over the class, and she doesn't teach the kids anything. Her communication with parents is zero, and she's very defensive and uncooperative when asked about it. You can do better LISD.

I loved this school so much. I think that if the school had more staff it would be really good. I have been in Akin for 6 years (since kinder to 5th) and went to the middle school that is right in front of it.( Florence Stiles Middle School which i would also would recommend). Overall it's a really amazing school and all of the teachers are nice.

i go here, and i get bullied. I mean the school is great it’s just the bullying problem + unsanitary school. My friend found a hair in her lunch, and maybe some mold. Some times i take off my mask, and everyone calls me ugly, on the bus + in the classrooom.

This is a cool school I sent my daughter there for 3 years and the teacher are great! they teach children what should be taught and are so nice my personal favorite teacher was Mrs.Hall she moved away but was a great 4th-grade teacher! I would definitely recommend it!

We are a military family. We moved to the area for this school district and this school specifically but we are deeply dissapointed. I feel bad for my husband since he had to do 2 hours commute everyday and we paid + $500 more per month for rent. We absolutely regret this desicion.

Front office, teachers and mgmt are awesome at this school. Always wearing a smile and being courteous with parents and kids. Loving it!

Very positive experience! Quality administration and teachers! Lots of support from the community as well and a wonderful PTA!
