    I really wish I had had a better experience at the school. The building itself is new, beautiful and feels very safe. Certain teachers and staff members (like Ms. Orlando at the library) are invaluable. Academically, the curriculum leaves SO MUCH to be desired and this school is behind other public schools in the area. I know several families that have either moved (for purpose of finding a better school district) or who have made the switch to homeschooling (pre-pandemic) or a private school. There is a real lack of communication with parents and a strong social media could help as well as reminders through Class DoJo, fliers, etc. These problems only worsened in the Spring of 2020 (Covid) and the remote learning experience was awful. I hope there are some major changes ahead for this school.

    I highly recommend this school the teachers are Wonderful!!! The principal is very friendly the students love Mr.K I give the Entire staff 5 stars.

    I am a substitute teacher at this school for the ECHO special ed program! This is one of my favorite schools to go to as the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, cares about the students, and teaches with passion! Mr. K is awesome to the kids!
