Both my son and daughter attend Kline Whitis in Kindergarten ans my daughter in Pre-K (PPCD). Kline Whitis has that wonderful small town tight knit feel to it. Everyone is so friendly and the teachers care so much for their students. My son is excelling and my daughter has come so far in speech therapy. There is a huge sense of school pride not only at Kline Whitis but in the whole community. Would highly recommend.

Before moving to Lampasas we lived in a much larger city where my son attended school, there his teacher noticed some learning disabilities. Before the school had a chance to test my son for these disabilities we moved to Lampasas and enrolled him in Kline Whitis. My son's previous teacher contacted my son's new teacher to inform her of their concerns about his learning and urged Kline Whitis to have my son tested. After my son had been attending Kline Whitis for a few months they informed me that he was a "little" behind and asked for my permission to put him in an enrichment program to help him "catch up." I asked if they were going to have him tested for the learning disabilities that his previous teacher was concerned about they told me they were not because they believed he had none. After a full year at Kline Whitis and glowing reports, I took him to see a specialist with a PhD in child psychology and learning disabilities and paid for this myself. Not only is my son severely dyslexic, but he also has a "Langue Disorder." The Doctor said that the signs of both of these disorders were so apparent that any teacher or educational professional should have noticed it right away.
