I love this school, it has been great for my kids and as for bulling and harrassment my son had a problem on the bus, i called the school not even 2 minutes later the bus driver called me personally and it was handled immediately, and the secretary for elementary sheila, i absolutely love her, shes the best! the teachers my sons have had so far were amazing, and with the special ed as to speech and not reading well, they entered my kids in to a title 1 program which has helped them to go far and beyond anyones expectations, so for my experience this school is the best and my kids have nothing but benifited from this school!

I'm an alumni of KHS. While there were a couple of great teachers at KHS, I have to say that with such a small school everyone is in everyone's business & gossip runs rampant. The school does nothing to prevent or remedy verbal bullying or hurtful gossip. This definitely impacts a child's ability to focus on their education. Of course class sizes are going to be "great," the town is tiny! I feel that because the school was so small, they don't offer many elective courses or college prep courses that bigger schools offer which means your child won't be nearly as prepared for college as students at somewhat bigger schools.

They need more support for special education! My son has ADHD and has an IEP , this is his last year in Elementary and probably the worst since Kindergarten. I believe the school focus is on it's rating and not it's students in need of Support and Special Education.
