Knippa Administration and staff are fantastic. This school is challenging, which exactly what education should be about. I am 100% certain my kids will be ready for the demands of college and future work demands due to the foundation they had at Knippa School. If you want your kids to have a fantastic education, have a tight knit school family and THE MOST attentive and involved administration and staff then Knippa is the place.

The school does give kids a fair amount of work, which is a good thing. But for such a small school (13-15 classroom) they do a poor job of helping kids struggling. I would go as far as saying if your kid is special needs (ADD, ADHD, Aspergers) I would not go there. It seems they are more worried about overall school status than using their smaller size to help where it is needed. Another note, the very small size of the school limits opportunities available to the students.

If your kid is a good learner than this might be the place. I don't think young elementary kids should be having anxiety about testing. Teaching is about helping the ones that need it. Seem more worried about school reputation than anything else. Make any kind of waves and they do their best to get the kid out of the school.
