This school is absolutely incredible! How is it that one woman can change so many children in such a short time when public school has given up on them! My son was in a self-contained class for years! He was nearing high school and couldn't read one single word! I enrolled him last year and now he is participating and reading in a mainstream classroom! He is happy, alert and finally feeling like e is a part of school! Most of all, he is excited about learning! Thank you Dr Melanie Stewart for believing in children when others give up! God has certainly blessed you with a unique gift!!!

A true Christian school at its best! My son attended for house school, graduated and was accepted into the FBI Academy in Washington, DC....We all contribute the bulk of his success to the positive influence of this school! Not only did Johnathans House prepare him academically, but the school grounded him spiritually and kept him focused! Thank you Dr Stewart and your amazing staff!....The Hixon Family

I really thought schools of this type were a thing of the past! Small classrooms, caring staff and the opportunity for children to advance at their own pace was perfect for our daughter! The only downside is no gym or playground equipment! BUT none of the students seem to mind that they are encouraged to be creative and use their imagination during recess time! Organized games and the freedom to just run and be a kid lend to the methods of teaching implemented by the schools Founder: Dr Melanie Stewart. We just love it!

We love this school! My son's teacher, Mrs Niya Brown, has done such a wonderful job with him! She's firm but loving and very patient! I'm not sure where we would be if we had not been fortunate enough to find ths school!

"This school has absolutely changed my son's life! He is a brilliant kid who has a learning disability, and the staff absolutely understands his situation and teaches the way he learns! They are so insightful, understanding and capable, I feel lucky that we are part of that community. They have a newly built building which is absolutely gorgeous and very well laid out. In general the staff is caring, but firm.
