THIS SCHOOL IS HORRIBLE. . There is a huge communication problem between staff and the students and parents. This is our first and last year at a school where the environment is tough. Washington does very little to educate the child in all areas of academics. If your child is above average I do not recommend this school because it will not help them reach a higher potential. This school simply does not have the resources to accomodate such students. Its too busy trying to improve phonics and reading skills in order to improve their low testing scores. Its sad but this is a reality. The scores will improve as the teaching and communication improves...

My grandchildren has learned so much at this school. I was worried about the Montessori concepts but found it to be a great asset to their education. The Principal and staff cares about the students and makes parents and the community feel welcome. This school also have great programs that show the student's talent.Music,Arts and Spanish classes is a plus!
