What a great school. The teachers have gone out of their way during the pandemic to take care of the students. When they go remote, there is wonderful communication. I wouldn't many my kids to attend school any where else. Great curriculum, teachers and school environment. Love this small school.

Kell school does not care much about the students with disabilities. If you dont go along with what this school wants to do , you are an outcast. They want total control in what they do and the parents have no say so or rights. They will threaten and drop your childs IEP if ypu dont agree. Even if a DR disagrees with them and doesnt sign a paper . They will drop the IEP. Its about who you are and control at this school. The 5th to 8th grade teacher threatens to rip up her students papers when they dont pay attentiion. The lower grades are wonderful but awful after that. Kell school is not qualified to care for disabled children. The often dont tell the truth and they stick together. Its a sad school. They are below average compared to most schools in test scores and education.

Wow! Seeing some very negative remarks about Kell Grade School :( I have to say that as a parent, I have enjoyed being part of such a great school. The small atmosphere here has allowed my children to fit in and feel like part of the community. The teachers are caring and go above and beyond to provide for our students!!! I don't feel as though they are excluded because they are not from the "IN" crowd. I have children in both the upper and lower grades and couldn't be happier with their teachers. Although I don't always agree with the new trends in curriculum, I believe that my children are succeeding! I wouldn't want them to attend any other school!

As parents we have tried to be involved with various activities throughout the school years. The teaching staff makes this very difficult as per they let the opinions and advice from parents fall on deaf ears, and in the end they do as they wish, then complain about the lack of participation and amour of parental volunteers at school events. I have been at school events and personally heard such comments as "this year is the worst year I have the most awful kids in my class" why is it ok to talk about students like this. The school seems to have a class system between parents and teachers, if you as a parent are not part of the "IN" crowd then you are overlooked as is your children. I have also witnessed derivative behavior and comments by the PeeWee basket ball coach at numerous sports events. The superintendent is a kind man, he however does not follow through with parent or student complaints or suggestions.

I am a grandparent.....was at the boys game last night and all I hear about the principal and a teacher was pathetic ! The principal needs to step up to the plate and quit siding with the teacher which almost everyone has a PROBLEM with! Oh by the way get those kids some decent desk to work on with instead of those stupid tires! Yes we all know our kids are no angels and they should respect thier teachers but this certain teacher has issues! The kids are hating school because of her! Come on do something! Why is this school still around anyways! They should have consolidated a long time ago!!!!

Kell High School It is a very good learning area. The teachers are very nice and so is the faculty. The rules were clear and set to a certain limit that all students can follow. My son is a freshman at Kell and I am extremely happy with the School.

This school is awesome. I agree with the past principal being horrible and was not friendly to women, especially single mothers, but he is long gone and there is a superintendent there who is one of the best I have ever met. This is a public school that has met AYP when no others around them have, not even the high school. This is a public school program with a private school feeling. The teachers are friendly and helpful and even visit some students at home when they aren't able to make it school. This is a great school!!!
