I send my children to St Anne's because I know the principal, staff and teachers care for our children. My son also scored high on the Terra Nova test. I would not send my children to any other school. I transferred my two boys from St. Nick's 2 years ago and there is no comparing. Clean, neat and CARING!

In response to the review left by a fellow parent on May 14. My child was in the same class and scored in the 90 percentile on the Terra Nova Test. Teachers, Staff and Principal are excellent and truly professional and the curriculum is up to date and challenging. I always find the school clean and organized. Obviously this comment does not reflect the true atmosphere of this wonderful school. I want to personally thank everyone at St. Anne's School.

I send my son to St. Anne's and love the school. My son has grown by leaps! The principal and staff are wonderful and organized. As far as fundraising - welcome to catholic schools. Fundraising is a way of life since the tuition does not cover all cost. Another school nearby requires fundraising, St. Anne's does not. The school is clean and the parish community cares for the wellbeing of the children.

I enrolled my child in this school due to proximity and I had read good reviews about it. I was very disappointed with the curriculum. My child came from an out-of-state public school and I thought a private school would be better in academics. My son ended up reviewing the same material he learned last year in public school for 6 months! The curriculum is so far behind. The class size was too big and so the teacher would constantly lose her patience with the students. I found the staff to be unprofessional and the principal can not run the school effectively. They're so ill-prepared for the activities that they claim to offer. Sports is just Track and field until the student is in 4th grade and then they offer basketball (Yes, only 2 sports). They keep the school grounds dirty and don't bother to pick up litter around the school. Any parent who feels this is a good school, has obviously not experienced a good school district.

This is a great catholic school. The staff and teachers care about their students. The folks who said there is too much fundraising obviously haven't been apart of many other catholic schools. This school does not have "too much" and it's optional versus other schools that require a large fee plus mandatory fundraising volunteer hours.

Pluses: This is a nice small community school. The kids get a lot of attention and the academic is good but not great. Minuses: Too many fundraisers and no outdoor playtime. :-(
