- Submitted by parent on September 01, 2013Horrible, horrible horrible. Teachers available for 4-7? In your dreams. Out to dinner, at a movie. Can't call you back. Out of 6 teachers 2 were great 4 were terrible. Not great odds, plus Hamilton County has no control over the program. NFEC does it all and they have NO vested interest in your child's education . They collect the check from Hamilton County and that's all they are interested in. My child was in the program for 6 months. 5 months too long.
