Not a good school. School does not offer services as it advertises. Very unorganized and has a lot of problems. My child learned nothing at Atcom; Public school is a better option.

I'm a parent please research. The school has been rebuilding for 3 years, yea right. Pay attention to the staff. They won't be there next month. My children never got home work, book sent home or learned anything. They always came home telling me about fights, playing and favoritism with staff children. This is was not a good school. Don't set yourself and your children back. Choose better!

Sounds familiar! Our children was there at the same time! WOW. Chose wisley. The hide things from the parent and tell the children to not tell the parents things.

This school has a high turn around rate of teachers and does not offer the services that it advertises. I am very dissapointed by the lack of education this school offers. I have learned through my expierence with Atcom that public school isn't that bad and that private education does not always ensure that your children will recieve the best education available.

I am giving this school one star because this site forces me to give at least one star. But that is just being really generous. As a former parent of ATCOM, initially it did meet our families needs. Coming from a public school with 39 other students in the same classroom, the small classroom sizes ATCOM has was a breath of fresh air. We have been blessed to really good teachers for the most part. They did not hesitate to keep me abreast of how my son was doing in school. I loved that the school eventually provided transportion. The first year and a half were peachy. After 2+ years however things changed. Instead of coming home sharing his academic quests, my son would come home and talk about the many fights that had been witnessed at school. He would even get into trouble. He would be bullied by older kids. On the playground the kids would witness, from time to time, adulterous behaviors by random vagrants. The teacher turnover is VERY HIGH! Some services advertised aren't actually provided like, music, dance, speech therapy, etc... In summation this organization gets no recommendation.

ATCOM Christian School is the best kept secret in Duval County. I am glad that my son attends. He never wants to go home.

ATCOM Christian School is a school that has help my child become more social and academically sound. He tested in reading on a fifth grade level and over the past 3 years they have bridged the gap and now he is reading on. 6-7 grade level.
