I was a past student at this school. I was harshly bullied for about two and a half years and the teachers did nothing. When my parents went to the headmaster to tell her that they might need to look into other options the head master stood up and went to the door and opened it and shooed them out of her office without a word. I was in second grade coming home with about two hours of homework a night. On the brighter side I have never scored lower than a 87% on a math test and am a straight A student at a fairly difficult high school. I would say it’s not worth it. If you would like your child’s mental health to go down the drain go right ahead because when I attended this school I hated my life because it was so terrible. Their mission statement was to learn to love to learn. I dreaded every day having to go and learn from this prison. It’s not that I just hate school either because I love every other school I’ve been to. Do not send your children here unless you willing to forfeit their mental health for their grades

There is a lot of bullying and misbehaving here, and it seems like administrators just let it happen. Teachers end up as referees in classrooms rather than teaching, to the detriment of the students who are really here to learn. Teachers don't stay very long, and the whole school seems lacking in leadership, disorganized, with frequent changes that never really make a difference. Administrators just don't know how to properly run a school, so brilliant faculty are hamstrung. Academics may be the best in the valley, but kids and parents are unhappy. There is a new headmaster. Maybe he will fix the administration team which has a record of failure.
