    I have two kids attending Nova. One daughter is in kindergarten and the other daughter is in 3rd grade. We moved to this school district over the summer. My daughter has been bullied by other children in her class. She was grabbed from behind and her face/mouth covered by another student during lunch and no one intervened. No adults, no students. I had to contact the school for something to be done. The school said they did not know it occured and no one saw it. She has told me how other students laugh at her during class in front of the teacher and make fun of her, and the teacher does nothing. This school cares more about dress code than they do about academics or students behavior. We have never been around children that behave this way, and its an obvious reflection of the parents and area. We will hopefully be moving this summer or sooner. If you can go to school somewhere else do it! I would not recommend this school to anyone. We will be moving to Medina or Milan (I am told they are the best schools in the area). There are also other Jackson-Madison County Elementary schools that are rated better by greatschools.org but since we have not attended I cannot comment.

    Great school; my granddaughter loves it. The teachers really care about the kids. Really great.

    Amazing school! Love the staff and the Teachers!! My daughter is very happy there. been there for 2 years already and would buy a home here in a sec if my child can go to Nova!!!
