    Whole heartedly East Jackson Elementary has been the best school for my daughter. Filling all the boxes of education, social and emotional support. Friendships with teachers and staff, they are total inclusion. She is happy , she is healthy and she is learning.

    This is our first experience with elementary school in the US. It's been only 9 weeks and every 2 weeks I have issues with my kid's teacher.The teacher is not supportive at all, she is not very communicative, and she just doesn't like my child I guess.My child has been stressed out because of her, he just does not understand how to fulfill her expectations. He had been grounded a lot of times now, back in his previous school, he never got into trouble, he is very chaty but that's it.He had been telling us that the teacher reactions when he fails or answer wrong is rolling her eyes, I don't think that is how you teach kids.

    A beautiful school in a beautiful setting! Has a very good principal and parents who are proud of their school. For an elementary school, it can't be beat in the Jackson, Michigan area. Some great teachers teach there, too.
