They hire anyone to teach and fire no one. They have terrible teachers for years on end then wonder why they have no budget. I would avoid at all cost. Special education students have it worse off here to not because of lack of trying on the special educations teachers part.

This school does not use best practices or peer reviewed reports to drive curriculum. Nearly every teacher there is not certified because they are cheaper to hire.

The leadership at this school is not supporting its teachers who are overwhelmed by classrooms with 20+ students in them especially with high numbers of students with special learning needs or behaviors. Classrooms are packed and without aids teachers are frequently unable to help individual students which is leading to students continually being behind state averages. Behavior and consequence plans are rarely followed leading to confusion and difficulty for everyone.

Leadership is lacking and teachers try their best, but behavior really limits what students can learn.

The teacher does not pay attention to the students always on her cell phone during class when the children should be learning. They show favoritism instead of trying to find a solution to the problem. They seem non caring and just trying to get rid of the problem for a short time instead of having a long term solution. Covering up for their mistakes instead of taking ownership. Need to get a better handle on kids instead of looking away

Staff is poorly supported. Classrooms are overcrowded. There is an abnormally large amount of children with behavioral and special needs that the staff is ill-trained or equipped to handle. Turnover is outrageous. The teachers that do stay are heroes but they lack the support system to be able to both manage the children with special needs and teach effectively. This school could benefit from smaller class sizes and better leadership.

In the 2 years this school has been open it has lost more than 50% of it's staff. The school doesn't have a licensed principle and most of the administration team is just licensed teacher's not licensed in admin. Vis principle withdrew her own kids from the school and so has the nurse and other teachers. They say they care about the kids but won't even let there own kids attend because they know this is a terrible school.

As a new school, this school is excelling in many ways. The teachers are awesome, and the students are progressing beyond expectations.
