    My son has just started in this school and the teacher is terrified he says that you think the students are military instead of teaching he yells at all the students

    Lakeside has great Principle leadership. He makes every effort to hire and keep great teachers and for the most part I have been very happy with my children's progress. They do both participate in the Excel learning program for advanced students which I'm sure colors my overall perspective. Due to the preponderence of low to moderate income students there are certainly challenges with parental involvment and discipline that come with areas of poverty but overall my wife and I have been pleased with the school. If you are a hands on parent your child can get a quality education.
