I went to school here from 1998-2002. It was a good school. Alot has changed since then, mostly the influx of disadvantaged and low income families to the area, which is a tough challenge. Katrina brought alot of the new students to the area where many have come from difficult circumstances. I wish the school all the best, there are certainly many areas to work on.

It was pretty fun when it is not in the classroom, with a few exceptions. Some teachers are pretty good at teaching. Others are just good people, but can't teach. There is also the couple of horrible ones, but great for sleep. Band was also very enjoyable while I was there. Most of the time classrooms were packed with no space. Would recommend to take pre-ap classes, since you could get one of the better teachers. There will be many fights, food fights, suspensions, skipping, other stuff that goes on while someone is not looking. Don't make to much trouble, stick to a good teacher, find yourself a good group to stay close with, and you'll be fine.ps. band is good, sports are good, art is good, teaching is not really great.

I don’t even have to try at this school. The teachers are ineffective, and they never try to challenge the students. If I had a choice I would have never come to this school

I went to Westfield from 2002-2005. I decided to graduate early for a few reasons, one of them being that I absolutely hated going to school there. I wasn't challenged academically. The teachers cared and tried to do the best they could, but the kids going to school here are from low income areas for the most part, and the environment is just terrible. It never really felt safe, and there were police officers who would walk the hallways. Constant fights in the hallways. I would never send my kids here, ever. I don't like to say I graduated from here, I say I survived WHS.

I graduated from Westfield in 2007. It started going down the drain around 2005 and now it's turned into a school I'd never want my kids to go to. It's ridiculous. The kids don't care. Safety is an issue. Spring ISD at this point is turning into a joke. A lot of the teachers don't care either. I'm so glad we moved to Tomball before our first daughter started Kindergarten last school year.

Westfield High School is a great school, I have a 10 grader that went there for 2 years and has been passing with a's and 'b's in all her classes both years . The teachers are amazing, its just that the parents are not involved or not caring, therefore the students don't care because, they know that there parents wont do anything about it. This is a great school for involved parents
