The school is not what it use to be, they force dual language on families. Moved my children out of the school and my daughter was so far behind in her new school. My son loves his new school because he said "I understand the language." The school definitely needs some work, the students are struggling!

I have helped at this school for just over a year now and have loved it. The teachers are dedicated and often stay long hours to grade or brainstorm ideas of how to help their kids. They are involved in the community and have a passion for what they teach. It has been a pleasure to get to know the teachers and administrators. The dual language program is doing very well. A PTA is being formed and should be fully functional for next year. Secretary Thurman, tons of teachers, administrators, and Principal Oliva have also been working with the community to get the habitat fully functional and it is really improving fast!

This school is still a joke. My oldest child went here for 4th grade and was bullied so badly and nothing done about it. Now my middle child is stuck going here for kindergarten. The Spanish teacher is awesome but the English teacher is a joke. I have no clue what my child is learning and once we move I feel my child is going to be behind.

As a parent and educator and I can truly say that the Wainwright teachers value student achievement, and parental involvement.

Both of my kids go to Wainwright...It is just an okay school. The best benefit the school has is the teachers. The teachers at wainwright really care for the students and their education. The new principal is not good. I wish they would bring Dr Berrea back. He loved the kids and got to know them.

Both of my children attend Wainwright. I have beed pleased with the school and the teachers. The only thing I do not like is the traffic at dismissal time and the disregard for our chidren safety with parents driving on the wrong side of the road to go around traffic at the main entrance. I feel more needs to be done to direct traffic.
