As Head of School, I am extremely proud of our community. HTES is a people place where building relationships with students and partnerships with families is at the core of the learning experience. Small classes allow us to get to know every student as an individual. We are also excited for our campus design project and the work we are doing to transform the Lake Houston Area one child at a time.

Wonderful School!. The teachers are hard working with all the kids. High academic quality. Holy Trinity Episcopal School has been a blessing for us.

We have started our sixth year at this school, the teachers and staff are so caring. We have a student in 7th grade, she is so engaged in learning, has strong studying skills that will be so valuable when she goes to University. All students have a strong bond and meaningful friendships due to small environment that allows them to perform really well in the classroom and their sports teams. If your child is academically inclined this is the place you are looking for. The high school students graduate with an associate degree from San Jacinto College, great shortcut for students going into Science, Technology, Engineering or Math fields, since those careers tend to be longer.

Stay away. I expect this school will be out of business in the next year or two. Principal and some teachers left, enrollment down 30% and the school can't balance the budget because there's just not enough tuition. Parents working for free to mow property and prepare school for new year, doesn't seem to even have money for proper maintenance. New temporary principal does not instill any sort of confidence for long term turnaround. You'll be better off saving tuition for college or, for those with special needs, finding a school that cares and is equipped to help them. Such a shame, this used to be a good school even a few of years ago.

My son is gifted and needed not only curriculum enrichment, but also a loving and nurturing environment in which to grow. Holy Trinity is it! The teachers, staff, parents, and students are wonderful. This is an amazing place where kids are not only challenged academically, but are also nurtured and supported. It's an awesome school.

HTES is an award winning school. It encompasses thoughtful and friendly parents in a family environment. I'll never forget walking into the school and hearing teachers from other grade levels greet my PreK3 student. I love that every knows each other. I also appreciated that when my son needed a little extra help in the class, the principal and teachers met sigh us to develop a plan. My child and all the other children get the attention they deserve.

A fantastic school! Both of my kids started out in Pre-K3 and have been at the school 3 & 4 years respectively. The quality of education is outstanding because the teachers are really involved and committed to the success of the students and the school. The teaching is very individualized so each child is able to reach his/her potential. The students are very respectful (holding the door open for you, saying "Yes Sir" etc.) and very supportive of each other. It is a small school and it is growing. HTES went through a rough financial period but emerged stronger and with improved accountability and leadership. I have every confidence in recommending this school to prospective parents.

My 2 kids love HTES - and so do my husband & I. My son started in Kinder and will be in 7th grade in the fall & my daughter started in PreK-3 and will be in 4th grade. National Honor Society, Student Council, Basketball, Baseball, new this year flag-football, that's just my son. My daughter is on the Cheer Squad and loves being a part of the team. The teachers, yes, ALL of the teachers are awesome and we wouldn't have our kids any place else. Besides academics, the kids are all doing their part in the community with service projects. Very GREAT school!

I'm a student at Holy Trinity, But i also DO know what im talking about. Holy Trinity is becoming a great school...i personally think it has a lot of work to do but thats only because the school is so young. To be honest i dont like most of the teachers...But thats just me. AT THE END OF THE DAY, And many people wold agree, You will get out of Holy Trinity what you are willing to put into it. If you go everyday and sit and do nothing, that is EXACTLY what you will get. The teachers dont push you, you are expected to push yourself. If you are a parent, and you put nothing into it, you wont get anything out either. Its one of those things where you make it what you want to. If you see bad reviews on here its because those people werent willing to get something out of our school. Its a great place to be and go to school. You can really get a lot out of it. As a student i really look forward to our school growing. I strongly suggest enrolling your kid here.

Fantastic school! It has a very close-knit, community feel. We worked with this school with our business so when the time came to pick a school for our daughter it was an easy choice. Very professional and serious about educating and equipping your child for success. There are many places for you, as a parent, to serve which was important to me.

Our daughter just finished her first year at Holy Trinity Episcopal School. We have been so impressed with the school. Before her first day of Kindergarten our daughter can write a short paragraph with very little help from us. She is well on her way to reading independently - as she knows over 60 words by sight and is learning phonics to sound out the ones she doesn't know. In addition to her core academics, our daughter loves to show off her beginning Spanish and the dance moves she loved in her extracurricular class. Unlike many families at Holy Trinity, we aren't actively religious. Despite that we are very pleased with the spiritual component of the curriculum. We feel that the lessons help our daughter to become more socially conscious by learning compassion, kindness, and forgiveness. The staff at Holy Trinity has given our daughter so much more than we could have ever expected, and we are so proud to call Holy Trinity our school.

My completed PK-4 this year and I have nothing but great things to say about the school and her teacher Ms Bryan. She has grown and learnt so much in the past year. She can count to 100 in ones, twos and tens. She is reading site words and simple readers. She has written reports on her favorite things to do with her dad and her favorite restuarant. She also does regular show and tell (which is a huge accomplishment for her, because she was so introverted when she joined the school). The Christian Principles and respect for others that she is taught daily are also helping mould her into a wonderful and compassionate human being

My son has been at Holy Trinity for 5 years. As he prepares to enter the 6th grade, I am amazed at what he has accomplished and how advanced he is compared to other children that attend the local public schools. At Holy Trinity he is encouraged to be intellectual and excel in all areas. The teachers and head of school have cultivated an environment that fosters respect, learning and Christianity, which is refreshing when considering the negative peer pressure that unfortunately dominates many other educational facilities.

I thoroughly researched private schools before we chose HTES and I believe it to be on par with any private school in town. I have never had any teachers work so closely, and give such wonderful progress reports, as I have at Holy Trinity. Dr. Ellisor has such a command of how schools should be run, and she has picked an incredible faculty. The religious focus, Christ-centered without being overly dogmatic, is also a great fit.

After researching ALL of the private schools in Houston, HTES stood out in every way. Personalized care for my daughter, great academics, fantastic parent community. All that and at about 1/2 the price of comparable private schools. Our family couldn't be more pleased with the gem we have discovered in Holy Trinity!

I love Holy Trinity and so do my kids! With an active 3rd and 4th grader it is wonderful to have a caring and supportive staff to work with. My kids are learning things above their grade level and are having fun while doing it! Thank you Holy Trinity!

My daughter attended this school for 2 years and my son has been here for 5 years. The teachers have been outstanding and both my children have hugely benefitted from being in this school. Everyone knows each-other and it feels like a family and hence the likelyhood of children getting bad habits is minimal.

Terrible. Very bad experience with adminstration. No issues with the teachers, but the school is poorly run.
