    Very involve teachers, principal and staff. Very organized field trips, easy drop off and pick up students at arrival and dismissal times, I as a parent feel confident to talk to principal over any concern. This school is dual language spanish /english. This school has special education classroom for autism student based on aba and picture exchange communication. I'm highly satisfied as a parent of students here at fondren elementary school.

    This school has changed so much with Principal Contreras. He has updated the school and it's technology. The teachers he brought in really care and give the school a family friendly feel. This is a great school if you want to be involved and love math and science.

    Great school & staff! This is my son's 2nd year.

    It was my son's kindergarten year and he lost his teacher within three months of being there she up and quit in for four months straight they could never find a replacement and when they did his education started to suffer even more so we were forced to homeschool her son plus the school is way over crowded and the staff was totally unfriendly and doesn't seem concerned about the kids progressions and I felt like the principal was only there just to make himself look good in only trying to move up in his position so he patronized all of the parents all the time he was A true politician I give this school an F plus
