Beta has started lots of new programs for the students and encourages parents to be involved. Top rated school in the state and great staff that are there to make sure kids get the education they need!

Beta Academy is an exceptional place where students (they call them scholars) are taught to have respect for themselves and others while being expected to rise to the level of rigorous academic standards. They work hard to maintain a safe environment for the students and faculty, but the campus is always joyful and fun rather than feeling like a locked down public school. I love how the classrooms have large windows so the students and teachers aren't confined to dark interior classrooms like so many schools have. It's also great that no political agenda is pushed at Beta. They don't bring their own ideology into the classroom, but they let parents be the moral compass for their own children. Their focus is on exceptional character and joyful learning.

This place is a smokescreen. It is not what it seems. There's an inexplicable feeling about it that can only be understood by being there.

I’ll just say the school isn’t for everyone. They seem really restricted and conservative. Comes off more like a business than a school. Poor communication. All the minority teachers are on the same hallway. It’s family owned and operated, so just imagine. Teachers and staff are always leaving. I wonder why…

Beta Academy is an amazing school for students, parents and employees. The level of excellence and high standards that is fostered by all is truly outstanding. There is an amazing atmosphere of joy and rigor that is hard to see in other school settings.

Best school! I have 3 enrolled in Beta, and they love going to school each day. It's such an energetic and joyful atmosphere. I could not ask for a better learning environment for them. They use the whole-brain teaching method, which is is really fun and engaging. I would have loved learning that way in school. They also focus on soft skills, and it's amazing to see the change in my two elementary schoolers. Everyone is so kind, and the teachers and staff really care about the success, safety and well-being of the students. I would recommend Beta to anyone!

Very disappointing experience. Lacks organization and communication. Takes on more than they can handle is the way it seems. We were so excited as we heard great things, but we didn’t get that experience unfortunately. There were some friendly office staff, but the protocols they had in place as well seemed really ridiculous. “7-10 business days” was my answer for any kind of response to speak to someone in administration, like my child was a business deal. We chose to withdrawal our children after three weeks, then we finally got a phone call. Unfortunately, it was too late. I hope for the future Beta can put better processes in place, especially for concerned parents, and new parents at that to be aware of how their scholars are doing and to make sure they are provided with appropriate updates. Responses we have received from leadership most recently have lacked responsibility, and are filled with excuses on why they couldn't meet our needs. From growing up surrounded by teachers and family in education, I have the most upmost respect and patience for schools. I even donated hundreds of dollars of COVID supplies for students during my children's short tenure, and didn't get a thank you. I would place my child somewhere else if I knew what I know now.

I love how proactive Beta is when presented with new requirements set by the State. They go above and beyond to be compliant. During the COVID-19 outbreak Beta Academy acted quickly and they were up and running within a week and a half. I am very impressed with their standard of excellence.

First-rate high quality school. I feel proud to send my children there. The teachers really care about the kids and the academics are first class.

Great school. Great teachers. If you can get in, Beta will be the best choice you've made in a low time. Be prepared -- your scholar will need to work. If you're not prepared to be on your kid about homework, don't waste your time applying. They push students to be excellent.

Fantastic school with a world of potential. The school is growing and building a brand new middle and high school down the road. Exciting~

It has been a pleasure and a joy to work at Beta. Beta Academy is doing tremendous work to develop and grow the community impact. The school is now a Pre-K through 10th grade with an A rating by the state of Texas for exemplary performance.

My daughter has been enrolled for the past year and I'm soooo happy with our decision to get her there. I didn't know much about what a charter school was before, and I now know they are not all equal. We haven't had any issues with bullying. I know my daughter is receiving a first-class education. There's lots of attention invested in her. We work on homework together. The teachers have the students stand up in front of class every time they speak, encouraging them to feel confident when addressing a crowd and confident when accepting criticism or disagreement from a classmate. This is the way you'd imagine a student learning in preparation for the real world! Be prepared! Your kid will be challenged. You'll need to be involved. It takes a village to raise a child.
