    Small town school with a huge heart! Everyone from the principal to the lunch ladies know my children by name and genuinely care about their success. The teachers are gems and there are ample parapros for extra help. Excellent in terms of family engagement!

    My 2 children attended Homer Elemantary for a few years before we moved out of state. We loved the school and when we had any issues regarding other students, they were addressed properly. The Cooley's were a great asset to the school and always patrolled the building to keep the school safe and secure. The teachers were all extraordinary and we still try to stay in contact with some of them. The best way for your child to excel in this particular school (and any other) is to be very involved with everything, as we always were. Communicate effectively with the teachers so they can understand & help your child even more and your child is sure to love this school.

    Everyone in the Elementary needs to be FIRED! Starting with Mr. Rick Cooley! I can't believe they are aloud to treat their young pupils in such a terrible manor. It makes me just ILL! We no longer attend this school and would never recommend it to anyone!
