Been having issues with this school since the beginning of the year. My son was paired with a teacher on their first year of teaching that grade. Despite dozens of communications to them trying to assist my child since it was their first year in school since before COVID I was met with resistance every step of the way. Had a meeting with the administration in January and was told of our options moving forward which the teacher did not do. A majority of the work is apparently done on the computers, and goes way to fast for my child to keep up. I informed the staff that I can’t help him if the work doesn’t come home and their resolution was that they would print the work off the computer to come home. Teacher wasn’t printing off work and again, despite multiple phone calls I was ignored. Today with 28 days of school left, I’m told that a computer could come home and could always have come home. Yet this information wasn’t given to me when it would have been helpful (at the meeting at the beginning of the semester). Their communication is horrible, and they encourage their teachers not to communicate to the parents. Will be filing a complaint with the superintendent (again) because after taking the proper channels the school is continuing to fail my child in their education. Us parents are out children’s advocates and the school doesn’t like that one bit.

Testing is below average here. Nothing compared to San Diego school district. Staff and teachers don't seem to do the best for what they have, but my kids seem to like it. There are times my youngest will complain about his 3rd grade teacher, this is when I step in and talk to her and get an explanation. Overall, they have been good to us. Thank you.

my son is speech delayed, came to this school, staff and teacher worked with him with patience and did not give up on him. Kidergarden class is small class they are not crowded like other schools. Son attended a regular class he was not in a class with other kids with disabilities, which would only cause him to fall back.

I have had 2 boys go thru this school and did ok, the grades werent the best i still have one son left who is a 5th grade. I feel the teachers are great and do the best they can when they have so many students in one classroom its hard. If we had more teachers and smaller classrooms i think the school would do alot better.
