Spectacular school. Both of my sons went to this school from 3-year old through 5th grade (highest grade they had at the time). When they transitioned to public school, they were an entire grade-level ahead of the kids in their grade level. Very pleased with the results, the teachers, and the program.

Our son attended Gloria Dei from grade 1 to grade 6 until we were too far to make the commute. The teachers care and work hard to ensure the students do well. The academics are very good. As any parent I was concerned when he transitioned schools that he would be at the level he needs to be, but our son tested in the higher end needed to get into another school and maintains honor roll at his current school. The school strengths are its academics, the compassionate environment, and the security of the children. I would certainly recommend looking at this school if you are looking for a new school to trust your child to.

My child attended the two year old program at this school in 2017. While in their care he had received a bump on his eye lid and a puncture wound in an accident. Overnight his eye swoll up and we rushed him the local ER at 2 AM which then transferred him CHKD to where he was admitted for 8 days. The scans showed that he had fractures in his oribital socket and they believe the puncture wound was infected. We received no call from the school and we were notified via a one line note. At the hospital we tried to call the school to get a better idea of what happened to help my son’s doctors and the staff was not helpful. Once my son was out of the hospital we attempted to work with the staff at the school to try and figure out how this could of happened in the first place and the staff resorted to gaslighting and seemed to think that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the schools policies and procedures. If this school is such a community why wasn’t anyone concerned about my son!!?

No accountability. My son came home with injuries on three separate occasions and they could not be bothered to inform me or write it on his daily note. (But they will bother the hell out of you if your child doesn't sleep on command, cause it affects them)1. A huge bruise on his spine.2. A 1 inch gash that was turning orange and red and swollen on his tiny little 2 year old hand.3. A 2 inch cut on his forehead. Each time, i tried to ask what happened, and I was met with silence, confusion, and denial.
