The administration in this school is flat out incompetent! We have been in this school system for many years and hind sight is 20/20. Should have run when we had the chance. They care more about sports above all. It is entirely who you know in this school district and if you have the right last name, you are golden. If we had it all to do over again, we would have never moved to Hammonton mainly because of the school system. You absolutely do not get what you pay for in taxes. I don't know how the administration sleeps at night! Students whose parents are employed by the school are given preferential treatment. They force testing down the kids throats! Most of the students in high school cannot read or write in cursive. They make a big production out of their anti-bullying program, yet when a child is actually bullied, nothing is done. This school district is a disgrace! It's a pity I couldn't give less than one star!

I'm 37 years old...I also went to Hammonton high school. Now, my daughters is in this school and my 8 year old is in the Elementary school. In all honesty, my kids love their schools and that says a lot coming from a 16 yr old. High school is a hard time for a kid and Hammonton has always been different in that sense. A great sense of community, and sure...pride. And that shows through in our children, parents, community and teachers. It has nothing to do with thinking we are the best but it does say something when people from other towns want their children coming here. And just because you have one bad experience with one person, it isn't a reflection on this school, its students or the faculty. Its even worse if no one says anything because the school faculty, ie principals, want to know about these things. I'm a parent and former student, current resident. I've had my moments with some teachers but problems don't get rectified unless you speak. And any issue I've ever had with my children or teachers, have always been heard and managed. Never pushed aside. -Christina D.

friday night,we went to see our kids play football against your school.the students from your school were in the parking cussing at our kids and throwing stuff that them.when your team scored, your students ran (about 20)on our bleachers knocking down 3 small children.and cussing.is this how you run your school?security did not a thing to stop it,until we the parents told the police officers.they stopped it not your security.
