As a current student of Baptist Regional, I'm extremely thankful to be able to have spent my entire life here. I have attended Baptist from kindergarten up to this year, being my senior year. The academics at Baptist are extraordinary, and I'm always pushed in the classroom to be the best student I can be. Enough can't be said about the staff here, because I've always been able to tell that they love doing this job and that the Lord led them to do it. The teachers are always willing to help students and answer questions about anything, whether it be academically or spiritually. Because of the size of the school, it's somewhat like a family atmosphere. The only downside to Baptist, which really is just a part of being a small school, are the athletics and the class choice. Athletics are very limited, and Baptist doesn't compete in the NJSIAA. Class choices are more limited because of the smaller classes, but Baptist still offers AP courses, Honors courses, and some electives. I feel as though I've been very thoroughly prepared for the next step in my educational career after I graduate, which would be going to college. Baptist has not only cultured me to be the best student that I can be, but the best person I can be.

As a former student of Baptist Regional School, I feel that a few issues should be brought to light. I found this school to be unprofessional. Some of the staff engaged in undesirable behavior such as lack of compassion, gossiping, sexism, and homophobia. As Christians, we are called to be compassionate, but I saw none of this from the staff, apart from a select few. I and some fellow students underwent significant emotional distress, but our various mental health issues went unacknowledged and unaddressed. The school counselor was unavailable because he was only made known to students that were sent to him rather than being made known to all. As a cheerleader I experienced sexism when I was informed that my only function was to provide encouragement to the male athletes, not to improve myself or the squad. I was told directly, This is not about you. This is about the boys. Finally, I experienced humiliation as the staff discussed unfounded rumors regarding my sexuality along with several other students, while no one addressed us personally about the issue. I harbor no grudge against the school, but I don t want anyone else to experience the trauma I did.

The quality of Baptist Regional achieves above and beyond my expectations. There portrayal of their faith, dedication, and excellence to students and one another is inspiring. My daughters education would be severly below average if she stayed in the public school education system. Baptist Regional graciously supplies my daughter with every request to fit her educational requirements.

I give five stars to this school because I really have seen how great it is academically, I am impressed to see how much my child has been learning and how happy he is in his class and loves his teacher. I did some research before enrolling my child and this school impressed me when I looked at the SAT scores and saw an article in South Jersey magazine where it ranked second place in their list of the best private schools in the area. They have a great curriculum. They have different activities where they include family and family members and spiritually, they offer a great christian guidance. I am very satisfied the only thing i wish is for them to include more sports in the future.

Terrific family school. Our family has experienced a well blended effort at advancing our children academically while also giving them opportunities to grow thru sports, fine arts, and an emphasis on spiritual life and relationships.
