Good Shepherd Lutheran school is an outstanding private school. Perfect balance of prioritizing academic excellence while supporting the students' social/emotional well being. Always puts the students first! Every class is informative, fun, unique, and the teachers genuinely love to teach. Everyone at Good Shepherd is there for a reason, so everyone works together to create a truly amazing school experience for every child.

This is an excellent school with wonderful faculty and staff that provides a loving, Christian environment for all students to learn and achieve their best!

Unfortunately this staff follows a "boys will be boys" mind set, which is okay unless you have a daughter. My child regularly came home complaining about bullying, biting, and inappropriate touching and not once did her teacher notify me, let alone make formal reports or inform the principal regarding these MULTIPLE occasions. The more I spoke up about my concerns the more I was made to feel my child wasn't being honest, I was overreacting, etc. I'm sad this school failed my child and I am gravely concerned for all the other children who have been shushed and dismissed. So much for Christian principals and values.

My daughter attended preschool last year and will be attending VPK in the fall. We could not be more pleased with GSLS. The teachers are so caring, the classrooms are full of learning activities, and everyday my daughter informs me of something new she learned! The teacher to student ratio is smaller than some of the other schools in the area. Overall we could not be happier for the place we chose for our daughter!
