- Submitted by other on November 30, 2023The biggest issues are administrative. Evidence based practices should be used and considered of primary importance. If an issue is not understood based on evidence, there should be an attitude of responsibility for better understanding of the issues and for taking responsibility and responding to concerns, and there is not. Teachers may not be getting adequate support to handle children who have extra needs.
