We have been at Eagle Hill school since our son was 5 years old. Now as a 12 year old, he has thrived in the environment of thoughtful, specialized learning. The teachers at Eagle Hill truly customize the child's learning needs and provide creative ways to teach kids who struggle with language processing, executive functioning and other issues that stem from learning differences. We have seen our son go through the most positive change over the last few years. The school tracks progress of each child so they become confident and independent kids. In addition, their reading program is methodically proven to have great results. My son reads more than my older children. It is empowering for him.I highly recommend the school for the reasons above. If you have a child that struggles with traditional learning, this school is worth exploring. It is truly transformative for our son and our family.

Changes at the School the last two years mean the school has lost its identity. There is an overpromoted leadership, a cost savings drive that erase the individual services the school used to offer and less time and interest to tailor make programs.

I am currently an student at Eagle Hill School (age 14) I have been to roughly 2 public schools and 1 other private school, and from my experience I have to say that this is the best school I have ever been to in my life time. Every teacher genuinely cares about every student and their character traits are so strong. I love Eagle Hill, before I went here I could not write a paragraph, I am dyslexic, I have ADHD, I have dysgraphia (makes it hard to write on paper). This school has helped me and so many other kids in ways that I never thought were possible. I did not come to Eagle Hill with an open mind. But I was proven wrong, without Eagle Hill I would not be here writing this right now. If you are a parent looking to send your kid here I will give you a quick summary on things:Your kid will attend Eagle Hill. Assuming Covid-19 is over your student will enter a place called "The auditorium" This is large place where your kid will wait for everyone to get to school. He or she or they may interact with peers during this time. They will be given 9 periods. Along with two recesses also known as "Juice breaks". They will go to building to building for each period depending on who they have. They will meet new people along the way. The school has advisers for those who need help with anything, you can talk to them for whatever reason you need. There is something called "A cubby", Parents please do not think this is a real cubby it is just a small space your kid will go in to do work while the Advisors speak to one another about the situation (you have to do something bad to end up in there it basically a principle office but better). Every teacher has an incredibly strong personality especially a teacher by the name "Ed Moore" Your kid will find something called "Callbacks", Callbacks are something that teachers can do to have meetings with kids. And that is all that I will be saying, there is a lot more but if I were to tell you all of it you would be here all day. Sincerely: A student council men at Eagle Hill.

Eagle Hill was a lifesaver for my child. They gave her skills, confidence, helped her catch up academically and met her exactly where she needed to be met. They bolstered her and prepared her to go to a mainstream school. Is it perfect? No school is. But the faculty and administration are committed to lifting up all students.

My daughter seems really really happy. Happy in the mornings on her way out the door. Happy when she comes home. She is more confident and is doing great in the school. The kids have been perfect for her and the staff is not judgmental and seems happy to be there. They don't just do rote homework. The assignments are creative and thoughtful and she has grown tremendously as a result. Her future seems brighter than ever.

Eagle Hill has surpassed our expectations. Our son is succeeding academically, socially and emotionally. His individualized program, support from teachers and advisors and the overall feel of a nurturing and safe environment have given us peace of mind. Eagle Hill is an amazing school and we are so lucky that our son is there!

Our 6 year experience at Eagle Hill was excellent! It is more than just a special place and school with an exceptional faculty and staff - words can't describe how impactful the school is. Our son had a great group of friends. He had the opportunity to participate in sports each season and felt like a valued member of the team - even when he wasn't the best athlete on the team. And he grew academically at his own pace with individualized attention that he would never have gotten at another school. He thrived with his self-esteem in tact. I can't say enough about how important Eagle Hill was for the well being of our son and our entire family.

OMG this parent from Nov 14, love to know how they doing as, we have been at this amazing school for three years. Everything is great about it. They first understand the child, and all that surrounds them, starting by making them comfortable to be in school and that is a safe enviroment. Then they are ready to learn, there way. Day by day it is the small miracles. This education has been a changing point in our entire family. Our child is centered, growing and learning. It doesnt get better than that.

A complete and utter disaster. There are teachers still there who caused great harm to my child and others. Amid all the raves about Eagle Hill Greenwich, there is a dark side to this school. That's all I'm going to say.

My daughter, 8, started there this year - after struggling in a very good public school who just didn't 'get it.' She has Dyslexia and ADHD. In her old school, she struggled with self-esteem issues related to her LD and we watched her frustration and anxiety grow as the work became more challenging. From her first day at EHS, we knew we were at the right place. The administration and staff are AMAZING. There is such a strong approach to the "whole child." They love their students and they are an amazing source of support for the kids and their whole families. We have sacrificed a lot to provide this opportunity to our daughter - and it has paid itself off tenfold. She is herself again - happy and growing more confident everyday. There will always be a special place in my heart for Eagle Hill. They have already changed our lives. If you send your child here, you will not be disappointed.

My son spent 8 years at Eagle Hill. We are sad that he has to leave - we are looking for a suitable high school for him. But what can match Eagle Hill with its small classes, talented and well-motivated teachers and beautiful grounds? It is absolutely the best school for kids with LDs!
