This school is absolutely awful. Students are treated unfairly and are suppressed from speaking up about how they are treated in this school. It is extremely sexist and the girls are treated very unfairly. There are a lot of predators in this school and when it is reported nothing gets done u just get judged. This school is also racist and the school itself is in very poor condition. There is mold, roaches, and mice. The children's mental health is also over looked and to the administration it means nothing. Most of the teachers bully the kids mentally and treated them like 1st graders. People whom are special needs get heavily bullied and don't get the proper education they need and deserve they are also constantly yelled at by teachers because of stuff they can't control. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE.

I went to Broadview and Cummings then transferred to Western. Anyone who writes a negative review does not know other schools. I love this school compared to Eastern, Graham and especially Broadview. Bullying is nowhere as bad. Teachers they do yell but, what teachers don't? I really enjoy my children here and now they go to high school. I give it a 4 star.

Overcrowded school with overworked and unhappy teachers. The counselors wouldn't meet with me about my chld in the summer (we transferred in from another state), even though I called, emailed and dropped in. (In contrast, the counselors at Southern Alamance High were fantastic and helpful.) My child found the work boring and well below level. The teachers yelled a lot.
